TOUR CONDITIONS

1. Confirmation of Booking & Payment Procedure

Upon your appointment, a contract will be drawn and a deposit of 50% of total tour fare should be lodged with us immediately. The balance payment should be made not later than 30 days before departure.

2. Cancellation Charges

Passengers have the right at anytime to cancel their booking but if they do so, notice must be made in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply :

One month before tour departure date - 30% of tour fare + Air ticket
Between 4 – 14 days before departure - 60% of tour fare + Air ticket
Less than 3 days prior to departure date - 100% of tour fare + Air ticket



3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the passengers responsibility to ensure their travel documents and necessary visas are in order. The Company will advise you on what documentation is required.

As a guide, you must have an International Passport or other recognised travel documents which should be valid for at least six months from the date of departure from the last destination of your itinerary. You must have necessary visas vaccinations and health certificates as required by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited.

The Company will wherever possible assist you to obtain the necessary visas. Service charges and visa fees levied will be for passenger accounts.

The Company cannot however guarantee the approval of your visa application.

If for any reason, your application for visa or necessary exit permit is rejected, a full refund of all money paid will be made if the result of the rejection is made known to the Company at least 30 days prior to departure date. If less than 30 days notice is given, the relevant cancellation charges as per Clause 2 above will apply.

The Company cannot be held responsible or liable for any expenses reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country on the tour for whatever reasons, including lack of necessary visas.

 

4. CANCELLATION OF TOUR BY COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient passengers or uncontrollable factors that do not allow the conduct of a safe tour or the delivery of services as described in the itinerary, including acts of God, wars, transportation or other strikes, civil strive and orders from the Government of Singapore and/or other countries.

The Company will as far as possible try and notify you 14 days prior to departure (in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers) or as early as possible if cancellation is due to other factors.

The Company will recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives, all monies paid by you will be refunded in full by the Company.

In the event cancellation is due to insufficient passengers, or inability to secure seats or accommodation, the Company will in addition to refunding you the amount you have paid, pay an interest of 0.5% per month or part thereof. This interest is calculated from the date you make full or final payment until the date you are refunded.

 

5. TOUR PRICES

Prices shown are those current at the time of the publication of the brochure or the Price List which form part of the brochure. It is therefore subject to change due to increase in airfares, other transport costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax etc, and therefore subject to change, with or without notice.

The company reserves the right to increases prices accordingly without notice.

No surcharges will be collected if you have made full payment for your tour except in the case of increases or introduction of government taxes affecting your tour and not provided for.

 

6. GOLF COURSES

Golf Courses as stated in itinerary is subject to changes and confirmation of the tee-off time.
We will try to request the desired tee-off time but as per normal practice, booking and confirmation can only be done two weeks before date of play. However, we will try to swap or replace golf courses accordingly, if the courses as mentioned in itinerary is not available.


7. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fares but not utilised by the tour member.

 

8. BAGGAGE

You are allowed one medium-sized suitcase of 736mm x 508mm x 254mm per person. On all flights, the weight of your baggage shall not exceed 44lbs or 20kg. Excess baggage must be paid locally by tour participants. Only 1 piece of hand luggage (size 55cm x 35cm x 25cm) is allowed.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggages or belongings (checked in or hand-carried) whilst they are in the custody of the Airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation suppliers or the passenger. However, the Company will assist you in making the relevant claims provided it does not interfere with, inconvenience, or hamper the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.

 

9. INSURANCE

We strongly recommend all tour participants to purchase travel insurance for trip cancellations, hospitalization, medical and loss of baggage etc. Medical or hospitalization charges abroad can be very substantial. The Company can offer you appropriate insurance.

 

10. POSSIBLE CHANGES

Airline schedules and local conditions may require sightseeing, hotels and routings to be changed. Should this occur, the Company will, wherever possible, substitute a suitable arrangements of a similar value or refund you the relevant difference.

 

11. RIGHT TO REJECT

The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any bookings made for a clients or decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour if any such person may appear to likely endanger the health, safety or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour. The Company's sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the mounts for services already utilised administration and cancellation fees.

 

12. RESPONSIBILITY

The Company and its associated agents act only as agents for the passengers and the transportation companies, accommodation companies, entertainment and meal suppliers and other principals involved in this tour. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms, conditions and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided.

The Company and its agents and representatives are not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, accident or irregularities that may be caused to person or property and all bookings are subject to the usual terms, conditions and contract of the owner or operator of the services involved.

The transportation companies or firms shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, danger, sickness or injury by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier of conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies of firms.

The Company does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of gods, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

All claims against the Company must be made in writing within 30 days after the completion of the tour. All disputes if any will be subject to the Singapore Court of Law.

All terms and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by a General Manager or Director of the Company.

The Company will advise and if needed, assist you with regards to any claims or complaints against any party involved in your tour.
